3. Guidelines for the Payment of Graduation Fees and Academic Regalia Distribution

Step 1: Proceed to UMak oval for queuing. Wait for your turn to be accommodated by the cash office for
the payment

Step 2: After payment, return to UMak oval for the Academic regalia distribution
Note: You can only process your payment on the set schedule. The queuing is on a first-come-first-served scheme.

    For Male – In dark-colored trousers and dark-colored leather shoes. Prescribed academic regalia
    For Female -If wearing a dress or skirt, the hemline should be shorter than the toga; If wearing a pair of trousers, pick dark colors in shades of black, midnight blue, or dark gray;black shoes (preferably closed-toe shoes); Simple accessories (should you carry a bag, choose a black purse need to carry a bag, choose a black purse instead); Prescribed academic regalia.What NOT to wear: Jeans, rubber shoes, flip-flops, sliders, uncomfortable footwear, long gowns, and large and colored bags.

A1: Icheck ang attached file para sa dress code.

Q2: Bakit hindi na lang unahin lahat ng hindi magpapamakeup at hindi magaavail ng package?
A2: May apat na make up artists na available, kung uunahin lahat ng hindi magpapamakeup ay magdudulot ng matinding delay sa mga magaavail nito as nililimit din namin ang tao sa Pictorial, Make Up and Editing Area.
May isang set para sa creative/obra shots, kung hindi ito magagamit sa maagang schedule ay magdudulot din ng delay para sa mga mag aavail nito.
Nakaprioritize pa din po sa pagsschedule ang mga hindi magpapamakeup at hindi magaavail ng package.

Q3: Working ako at hindi ako makaka-attend sa schedule, pwede po ba magpareschedule?
A3: Yes po pwede. I-email lamang ang iyong preferred date at time.

Q4: I am pregnant, senior, or I have special needs. Kailangan ba naming sundin ang binigay saming schedule?
A4: Expect po that you will be prioritized.
